Expression of Wish

It's important to make sure your Expression of Wish is up to date. It tells the Trustee who you'd prefer to receive any death benefits payable from the Scheme, in the event of your death. The Trustee will take your wishes into account when they make the final decision as to who receives payment.

Please note that we cannot tell you who you've previously nominated. If you're not sure, or you want to change, please submit a new form, which will replace any previously submitted.
